METHODOLOGY
What to expect during a software-product discovery phase

The most expensive code to write is the code that solves the wrong problem. The Discovery phase is a structured period of investigation designed to mitigate this risk.
What Happens During Discovery?
- Stakeholder Interviews: We sit down with key business leaders to understand the core problem, business constraints, and definitions of success.
- User Research: We investigate the needs, pain points, and workflows of the people who will actually use the software.
- Technical Feasibility Assessment: Our engineers evaluate existing systems, APIs, and data structures to determine what is technically possible given the budget and timeline.
- Architecture Planning: We draft the initial system architecture, selecting the appropriate tech stack.
The Output
At the end of a successful discovery phase, you receive a Product Requirements Document (PRD), a technical architecture diagram, and a phased development roadmap. This ensures that when engineering begins, every hour spent coding is directly aligned with business value.
