The Challenge
Healthcare providers struggled with proactive patient care because vital health metrics were only recorded during physical visits. Transitioning to a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) model was blocked by the lack of a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform capable of ingesting high-frequency telemetry from wearable medical devices. Existing solutions were either too expensive, lacked real-time alerting, or failed compliance audits.
Our Approach
We designed Zumm as a fully compliant, real-time health telemetry platform. We engineered secure IoT gateways that stream data from wearables (heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure) directly into a highly secure, encrypted data lake. We built clinical dashboards with smart alerting algorithms that notify care teams instantly if a patient's vitals cross critical thresholds, enabling proactive intervention before emergencies escalate.
